As the Global Supply Chain Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring seamless coordination, efficiency, and excellence in the delivery of FF&E solutions.Client DetailsMy client is an industry leader in the FF&E IndustryDescriptionStrategic Planning:Develop and implement a comprehensive global supply chain strategy aligned with company objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain initiatives with overall business goals.Supplier Management:Identify and evaluate global FF&E suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and agreements.Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.Logistics and Distribution:Oversee international logistics, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation of FF&E products.Collaborate with logistics partners to optimize distribution networks and minimize lead times.Inventory Management:Implement efficient inventory control measures to minimize carrying costs while meeting customer demands.Develop and execute inventory replenishment strategies to ensure product availability.Quality Assurance:Establish and maintain rigorous quality control processes to uphold product standards.Collaborate with suppliers to implement continuous improvement initiatives for product quality.Cost Optimization:Identify opportunities for cost reduction within the supply chain without compromising quality or service.Implement cost-effective measures and monitor key performance indicators.ProfileBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.7+ years of experience in FF&E supply chain management with a focus on the hospitality and residential B2B industry.Strong working knowledge of international, federal, state and local laws and regulations affecting the procurement of FF&E productsProven track record of successfully managing global supply chain operations.Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in supply chain software and ERP systems.Job OfferMedical insuranceVision insuranceDental insurance401(k)Commuter benefitsDisability insuranceMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
