The PSE Sales & Svcs/Distribution Associate position is a temporary role within the postal service sector, responsible for providing customer service, sales, and distribution of postal products and services. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient and effective postal operations and customer satisfaction. Assist customers with mailing services and provide information on postal products. Handle sales transactions, including processing payments and issuing receipts. Distribute and sort incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Maintain and organize inventory of postal supplies and materials. Operate postal service equipment such as postal meters and scales. Adhere to postal regulations and quality standards in service delivery. Support postal operations by performing additional tasks as needed.
