dedicated Staffing Paraprofessional to join our educational team.
In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring that our pediatric
patients receive the educational services they need in a home
setting by coordinating and supporting our educational staff. This
position demands a passionate individual committed to enhancing
educational outcomes and leveraging our home care capabilities to
benefit our patients' learning experiences. Coordinate educational
services for pediatric patients. Support and assist educational
staff in program implementations. Assist in the recruitment and
training of tutors and educational therapists. Maintain records of
educational sessions and progress reports. Collaborate with
healthcare professionals to integrate therapeutic practices. Ensure
compliance with educational standards and regulations. Effective
communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and
administrative capabilities Proficiency in educational technologies
and e-learning platforms Ability to work collaboratively with
healthcare and education professionals Medical Insurance Life
Insurance Certification in educational administration or teaching
credential is preferred.
