Job Description Job Description Express Service Technician Bay Ridge Subaru Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a smart, motivated and detail-oriented Express Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will perform routine maintenance and light repair services on vehicles in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers seeking quick, reliable service, ensuring their vehicles are safe and performing at their best. Key Responsibilities Perform basic maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and filter replacements. Conduct multi-point inspections and report findings to service advisors. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety standards. Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure a positive service experience. Stay up-to-date with manufacturer guidelines and service procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus. Previous experience in automotive service or maintenance preferred but not necessary. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under time constraints. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
