Job Description:

H&K Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to coordinate construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring projects are completed on budget, on time, and to high-quality standards. This role includes overseeing daily onsite operations, managing subcontractors, and coordinating the communication between all parties involved in the construction process. The successful candidate will have a solid background in the construction industry with a strong emphasis on site management, project coordination, and team leadership. Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion, reviewing blueprints and project specifications to ensure requirements are met. Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors, interfacing with contractors, construction managers, and clients. Ensure that all construction meets environmental, safety, structural, zoning, and aesthetic standards according to local and national codes. Negotiate terms of agreements, manage construction schedule and activities, and ensure all deadlines are met. Implement quality control programs to ensure standards are achieved, inspecting construction site regularly and managing any issues that arise. Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status and plan and orchestrate project logistics and resources to ensure efficient project execution. Proven knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods. Understanding of construction scheduling, blueprint reading and understanding, budgeting, and safety management. Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and leadership ability. Ability to manage and mitigate risks and discrepancies. Medical Insurance 401k OSHA Safety Certification. Certified Construction Manager (CCM) preferred.
