What is it for you: Marine and heavy civil construction company specializing in: Pile Driving, Sheeting Systems, Marine Structures, Dredging Operations, Diving Construction Operates in the New York and Northeast marine construction market Delivering complex waterfront and heavy civil infrastructure projects Stable, growing company with tremendous opportunity for career advancement Competitive compensation and benefits What You Will Be Doing Support Project Managers with day-to-day project operations and coordination Prepare and manage project submittals, RFIs, and documentation Coordinate material procurement, orders, and delivery schedules Track and manage project materials, equipment, and supplier quotes Assist with subcontractor coordination and contract documentation Participate in site meetings and project planning Monitor project schedules and ensure smooth communication between field teams and management Experience You Will Need 5–10 years of experience in heavy civil or marine construction Experience working on projects involving: Concrete structures Driven piles / deep foundations Sheet piling / sheeting systems Precast components Experience handling construction submittals and RFIs Strong coordination with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors Preferred Background Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Experience working on marine construction, waterfront, or heavy civil projects Familiarity with project documentation and construction management software
