Job Description:

All American Subaru in Old Bridge is looking for an Automotive Dispatcher to join our family owned and operated high volume dealership. We are looking for a highly motivated, career driven individual to join us. This position requires a high-level of customer and employee interaction, so the ideal candidate must possess the ability to provide a strong level of customer service. This position has the compensation of $25 hourly, plus commission. Responsibilities: Implements and maintains an effective dispatch system while managing XX techs and XXX active tickets at a time Work with our Service Manager to control the flow of work through the shop to ensure repairs get completed in a timely manner Oversee the shop operations, including scheduling service appointments, coordinating technicians, and optimizing routes for efficiency Collaborate with the operations team to prioritize service requests, allocate resources effectively, and maintain service standards Ensures that technicians follow warranty material disposition procedures Review hard copies of repair orders turned in by technicians to ensure that assigned work has been performed and the repair order has been completed properly Reviews job status frequently, logging status and reporting any change in time or cost estimates to the appropriate service advisor and/or customer Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings Benefits: Medical & dental benefits Paid holidays Paid vacation Sick time 401(k) Employee pricing & discount benefits No Sundays A professional & respectful work environment Requirements Must have valid license Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Record Ability to pass background check required
