SUPERVISORS I AND II (A/B/C/D/E/F/H/LIGHTING/V&D STRUCTURES
TITLES) Job Summary : Supervises subordinate supervisors in
structural specialties responsible for maintaining, installing,
inspecting, testing, altering, and repairing facility assets.
Ensures a safe environment for employees and ridership, reviews
inventory against operational needs, analyzes records, conducts
investigations, and prepares reports. Performs other duties as
assigned. Responsibilities: Supervises a group of subordinate
supervisors in structure group specialties required to maintain,
install, inspect, test, alter and repair Facilities' assets.
Provide a safe environment for both employees and ridership.
Reviews stock availability list against usage reports and
anticipated needs. Compiles and analyzes records. Conducts
investigations and prepares reports. Other duties as assigned.
Compensation : 1st Step – Entrance $110,381 2nd Year $111,951 3rd
Year $115,888 Education and Experience: Five years of full-time
satisfactory experience with a major railroad or transit authority;
at least one year of this experience must have been in a
supervisory capacity. Desired skills • Proficient in the use of
EAM. • Understanding of construction processes and methodologies •
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and navigate
specifications • Strong communication and analytical skills •
Welding, iron, and electrical trades preferred Other Information:
