Job Description Job Description Job Title: Entry-Level Electrical Engineer Position Overview We’re seeking a motivated Entry-Level Electrical Engineer to join our team working on construction and data center projects. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career engineer seeking hands-on experience designing, testing, and implementing electrical systems within complex, high-impact environments. Key Responsibilities Support electrical design and installation for construction and data center infrastructure Assist with layout, schematics, and technical documentation Perform basic electrical calculations, load analysis, and system modeling Coordinate with project managers, senior engineers, and contractors Conduct site visits, field inspections, and testing under supervision Assist in commissioning electrical systems to ensure performance and compliance Maintain project documentation and follow electrical codes and safety standards Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field Prior internship, co-op, or project experience preferred but not required Familiarity with electrical design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar Understanding of power distribution, lighting, grounding, and control systems Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Desired Skills (Pluses) Knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code) and industry standards Experience with data center power systems, UPS, generators, or cooling systems Exposure to construction project workflows and documentation Compensation $65,000 – $75,000 per year (DOE – depending on education, internship experience, and specific project focus) T What We Offer Structured onboarding and mentorship from experienced engineers Exposure to large-scale construction and data center projects Opportunities to grow technically and professionally A collaborative, safety-focused work environment
