Job Description Job Description As an Assembly/Test Technician on our dynamic second shift team (3-11 PM), you will play a crucial role in assembling and testing our cutting-edge Opto- Electronic products that power high-performance networks. Collaborating closely with engineers and fellow technicians, you will contribute to continuous improvements in manufacturing yields and throughput in a fast-paced, high-tech environment. Your keen attention to detail and fine motor skills will be essential as you tackle complex tasks and adapt to evolving demands. Responsibilities Assemble and test advanced Opto-Electronic products with precision and attention to detail. - Adapt to dynamic tasks and evolving requirements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. - Collaborate effectively with management, engineering, and peers to enhance manufacturing yields and throughput. - Demonstrate fine motor skills and a meticulous approach to complex product assembly. - Utilize MS Windows and MS Office software for documentation and report generation. - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency. - Be proactive in learning new technologies and processes relevant to the role. - Be available for overtime to meet production demands and support team goals. /n Qualifications You have: - High attention to detail and strong fine motor skills - Able to comprehend and follow instructions of varying complexity - Adaptability to changing tasks in a fast-paced environment - Experience with MS Windows and MS Office software /n /n It would be nice if you also had: - Background in manufacturing Opto- Electronic products - Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams - Willingness to work overtime as needed for project demands - Previous experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment /n
