Job Skills / Requirements Key Responsibilities: Supervise a team of cleaners and technicians on job sites, ensuring all metal and marble surfaces are cleaned, polished, restored, and maintained to the highest standards. Perform hands-on work as needed, including deep cleaning, honing, polishing, sealing, and stain removal on natural stone (marble, granite, etc.) and various metal finishes. Inspect work quality before, during, and after shifts to meet client expectations and company standards. Train and mentor team members on proper techniques, use of specialized cleaners, equipment, and safety protocols for stone and metal care. Schedule daily tasks, assign jobs, and manage time efficiently across multiple sites. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and chemicals; order as needed. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and proper handling of restoration products. Communicate effectively with clients, property managers, and upper management regarding job progress and any issues. Handle light administrative tasks such as daily reports, time tracking, and quality documentation. Requirements: Previous experience supervising cleaning or restoration teams (1–3 years preferred). Hands-on knowledge of marble/stone care and metal polishing/cleaning techniques is a strong plus. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in various environments (commercial, residential, or office buildings). Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (company vehicle may be provided for qualified candidates). Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and professionalism. Flexible availability, including possible early mornings, evenings, or weekends depending on client needs.
