Leader, able to coach, develop and lead a team to deliver
exceptional client service in a complex retail environment.
Accountable for creating and executing business objectives while
building collaborative partnerships internally and with retail
partners. Should possess a teaching as well as a learning mindset
for continuous growth. What Impact You Can Create at CHANEL:
Business Leadership Partner with Market Director to ensure
alignment on all communication related to corporate strategy,
company initiatives, and objectives. Work closely with retail
partners to align/understand key priorities/events and act as a
liaison between the brand and retailer to insure a symbiotic
relationship. Ability to analyze reports to identify key business
wins and opportunities. Uses analysis as a tool to make business
decisions. Possess a strong understanding of market trends. In
partnership with leadership team, coach and continuously train team
on clienteling tools provided by the retailer to build client
retention and loyalty; use metric reporting as a resource to
further develop the team. Develop collaborative relationships with
New York Flagship counterparts to build a network of mutual
learning as well as a support system that can be tapped into
regularly. Sets clear expectations for team and holds everyone
accountable for achieving business objectives in addition to
ultimately taking ownership of overall outcomes. Attend seasonal
seminars hosted by Education Executives and corporate meetings.
Oversee and delegate operational responsibilities as needed to
ensure effectiveness and efficiencies. Active involvement in
scheduling, payroll processes, deadlines, and compliance. Partner
with Assistant Business manager as needed. People and Leadership
Development Ensure continued growth and development of all team
members with a focus o n onboarding, succession planning, and
career development. Leads consistent talent review process in
partnership with Education Executive and Market Director. Create
and drive individual development plans and engage in ongoing
coaching and development conversations with all team members.
Attract and retain talent by leveraging industry network and
internal pipeline to recruit all current and future positions on
the team, including freelancers. Foster a positive working
environment that encourages diversity, mutual respect, team
collaboration, and is free of discrimination and harassment. Play
an active role on the sales floor to lead the team by example,
coaches' side-by-side and have exposure to top clientele to build
and develop direct relationships and create a welcoming
environment. Leverage fluency in product, service, and artistry
skills to coach and support the team, elevating their skills and
expertise to deliver an exceptional client experience. Facilitate
regular team communication sessions and host full-team meetings to
ensure seamless communication of promotional activity, upcoming
events, performance to goal, corporate initiatives, etc.
Proactively identify, address, and resolve employee issues in a
professional manner and in accordance with CHANEL standards,
policies, and procedures; partner with HR and Market Director as
needed. Client Experience Recruit and loyalize clients to the
brand. Create a culture of service; provide a unique and memorable
in-store and after-sales experience to every client, every day and
at every point of sale by being the Host of your boutique. Ability
to curate, coordinate, execute and recap client-facing events.
Ownership of all brand image, hygiene standards, and visual
merchandising requirements. Addresses and successfully resolves
client situations according to CHANEL standards as well as
retailer-specific guidelines. Partners with appropriate teams and

grow Position Logistics: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent
experience. 5+ years of leadership experience in a retail luxury
environment preferred. Experience leading a team,
coaching/developing in the moment and handling delicate HR-related
situations. Outstanding ability to develop strong relationships.
Team-focused with a desire to collaborate effectively. Strong
business acumen and communication skills. Ability to handle
multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines concurrently. Excellent
presentation, facilitation, and attention to detail skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented and focused on building positive
behaviors that are in alignment with the brand's image Working
knowledge of Microsoft office suite products preferred Must have
flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends,
and some holidays. Ability to lift-up to 15 pounds and stand for
extended periods of time throughout the day. Compensation: The
anticipated base salary range for this position is $63,400 through
$101,190. Base salary is one component of the total compensation
for this position. Other forms of variable pay will be offered for
this position. Other components will include bonus potential,
