a Director, Digital Brand Strategy to join our Digital team, where
they will lead the strategic development of social & digital
projects. They will play a key role in applying BMF's standards of
strategic excellence to every project, delivering innovative
insights & strategic recommendations to our international clients

Director of Digital Brand Strategy at BMF, you will be at the
forefront of shaping and implementing our clients' digital
strategies across a variety of platforms. This strategic role
focuses on driving innovation and effectiveness in digital
marketing efforts for our diverse client portfolio. We seek an
experienced digital strategist with exceptional collaborative,
creative, and analytical skills with a passion for leveraging data
and creative acumen to create impactful marketing campaigns that
resonate that fuel engaging conversations
online.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Digital,
Creative Strategy, PR, Production, and more to develop
comprehensive digital strategies that align with client goals
- Lead the formulation and execution of innovative digital
marketing strategies, ensuring integration across all channels
under the guidance of the VP, Digital Strategy & Analytics
- Analyze market trends, audience insights, and performance data
to inform strategic recommendations and optimize platform &
campaign effectiveness.
- Lead the development of digital brand, editorial and social
media playbooks
- Spearhead the development of digital brand, social, and
campaign strategies with an audience-first mindset
- Lead the ideation and execution of innovative social & digital
campaigns for global projects in collaboration with the Digital
Creative & Influencer teams
- Oversee the strategic approach to all on-going assigned client
projects, providing subject matter expertise and executional
support as needed
- Oversee, mentor, and guide junior team members, fostering a
culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous
learning.Client Engagement
- Serve as the primary digital strategy contact for clients,
building strong relationships and providing ongoing support and
strategic guidance.
- Conduct regular client presentations to communicate strategy
development, campaign performance, and optimization
opportunities.Performance Measurement
- Develop and implement metrics to evaluate campaign performance,
leveraging analytics tools to derive actionable insights.
- Present performance reports to clients, outlining key learnings
and recommending next steps for continued success.
- 5-7+ years of experience working in a fast-paced agency
environment as a digital strategist or similar role.
- A strong understanding of end-to-end digital campaign
development, including creative ideation, execution, and
performance analysis.
- Proven track record of creating high-impact digital strategies
that drive significant engagement and social conversations.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle
multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining sharp attention
to detail.
- Strong communication skills, capable of articulating strategic
concepts and recommendations effectively to clients and internal
teams.
- A clear strategic vision, complemented by a keen understanding
of market trends and digital best practices.
- Ability to navigate between high-level strategic thinking and
detailed execution, ensuring alignment between goals and
outcomes.
- A history of delivering innovative, quality-driven work while
adhering to brand standards and client expectations.
- An empathetic, patient approach to management as well as a
roll-up-your-sleeves, solution-oriented, get-it-done attitude
- Proficiency in digital analytics tools (Sprout Social, Dash
Hudson, Meltwater, etc.) and platforms (Meta, X, TikTok, Reddit,
etc.), along with Mac proficiency, including expertise in Keynote,
Excel, Google Docs, and Outlook.What we bring to the table:We want
