This roles requires strong leadership, sound decision-making, and adherence to ethical and professional standards. Success in this position is demonstrated by high performance across building staff, vendors, contractors, and low operational costs. A key focus is on developing internal talent, minimizing reliance on outside contractors, and ensuring full regulatory compliance. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field 8 years of property management experience Proficient in Yardi Voyager 8, Yardi Pay, MRI, and Microsoft Office Suite Strong financial skills including budgeting, variance analysis, and financial reporting In-depth knowledge of NYC landlord-tenant law and housing regulations CPM certification or relevant real estate designations preferred NY Real Estate License (required or ability to obtain) Interested in hearing more?
