• Full Time
• Hours: 4 or 5 Day Work Weeks; 1-2 Saturdays per Month - Clinic Hours: Monday-Friday 8 AM - 5 PM, Saturday 8 AM - 12 PM

• Average Patients seen: 30
• Call Schedule: Phone Only - Rotated Among All Providers
• Compensation: - Earning Potential up to $400,000+ - $180,000 Base Salary plus wRVU
• Benefits: - Medical, Dental, and Vision with 80% of Premium Paid by Employer - 401k - $4K CME Allowance plus 5 Days Annually - 15 PTO Days - 6 Holidays
