ABOUT THE ROLE Peloton's Environmental Health and Safety (EHS)
Program Manager will coordinate with key leaders to create and
implement EHS standards, policies, and procedures. You will lead
EHS compliance and provide program management in areas of
environmental, occupational health and safety, and risk management,
for the New York Studio, Labs and US Offices. The EHS Program
Manager will aid those areas of the business in actions to
eliminate workplace injuries, potential risks, and associated
costs. A successful EHS Program Manager will work closely with
cross functional partners to build trust, provide solutions,
inspire change and continue to create a culture of safety by using
innovation and lean principles. This role will be based out of our
New York City headquarters office and will be required to comply
with our hybrid policy. Currently, hybrid team members report to
the office weekly on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. YOUR DAILY
IMPACT AT PELOTON
- Advise on local & federal EHS regulatory requirements and best
practices in laboratory settings, studio, production and public
events
- Work cross-functionally with workplace, lab operations, peers
to identify program improvements and provide solutions to improve
EHS programs
- Lead laboratory and safety inspections, investigations, and
continuous improvement programs
- Develop, implement and oversee safety programs, policies, and
procedures
- Perform Job Safety Analysis of high risk operations and partner
with cross functional partners on controls to mitigate risk
- Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional partners
to increase EHS objectives and awareness
- Partner with key partners to drive compliance & operational
excellence
- Lead studio inspections, investigations, and continuous
improvement initiatives to ensure the best member experience
- Provide guidance and oversight to ensure compliance to all
applicable EHS regulations. YOU BRING TO PELOTON
- Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of progressive EHS and program
management experience
- Highly organized with relentless attention to detail
- Demonstrated understanding of OSHA and local regulations
- Proven knowledge of safety regulations and industry
standards
- Demonstrated ability to influence management, teams, and
individuals across multiple functions within the organization
- Proven track record of successfully managing shifting deadlines
and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Effective verbal and written communication skills; able to
train/present to a senior-level audience
- Proficient in Google Docs, sheets and the use of pivot tables,
and the development of charts and graphics
- CSP, CSHO, or equivalent Safety Certification (or working
toward certification) #LI-SV2 #LI-Hybrid The base salary range
represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for
this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual
base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous
factors including individual performance, business objectives, and
if the location for the job changes. Our base salary is just one
