Call 5pm-7am. Intermittent coverage 8/15-9/10 (weekends, call, day shift) Ortho clinic - One half day about 5-10 pts for indigent population. Call Schedule: 24 hour call coverage. Call Ratio: 1: 3 10 days of call coverage per month at minimum. Possibly 14 days of call.*Job description:** Reason for Coverage: Loss of Physician coverage* Practice Setting: Hospital based, level 2 trauma center* Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day HOSPITAL: 3-5* Average Number of Patients Per Day OFFICE/CLINIC: Clinic day 1 half day per week, average 6 pts* Trauma Level/Designation: level 2* Documentation System/EMR: Cerner* Number of Operating Rooms: 7* Number of Orthopedic Surgeons in Practice: private practice providers only (10)* Patient Age Demographic: No peds at this time.* Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days* Practice Types/Settings Required:* Orthopedic Surgical Cases ADULT* Orthopedic Surgical Cases GERIATRIC* Orthopedic Surgical Cases PEDIATRIC* Hospital* General Orthopedics (treatment of fractures, dislocations, amputations, deformities, and tumors of bones and joints):* Surgical* Non-Surgical* Additional Procedures: General orthopedic trauma care, Total Joint Replacement: Hip, Joint Revision or Repair: Hip, Percutaneous Disc Surgery: No, Arthroscopy: No*Minimum Qualifications of Orthopedic Trauma Surgery Physician:** Board Certified - REQUIRED* NJ License - REQUIRED (not accepting candidates willing to obtain)* BLS - REQUIREDSubmit your resume to us today for consideration.
