Job Description & Requirements - Specialty:ED - Emergency Department - Discipline:RN - Duration:13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift:12 hours, days - Employment Type:Local Contract WCS Healthcare is currently seeking a Emergency Room Nurse a for a 13-week contract assignment at a Prestigious Hospital in Mulica Hill, NJ. Job Function: - Day Shift or Night Shift. - Manage the care of adult and/or pediatric patients with life?threatening conditions requiring complex assessment, intensive therapies, and interventions. - Provide support, education, and comfort to patients and their families throughout their emergency room experience. - Maintain close communication with the healthcare team and recognize the need for early intervention when required. - Prepare patients for surgery or diagnostic testing. - Job Requirements: - Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN). - Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain). - 3 years of acute care experience in this specialty. - BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from the American Heart Association required. - TNCC certification preferred.
