Job Description:
A healthcare organization in New York City is currently seeking
a new, licensed OB/GYN to join one of their facilities in Staten
Island. About the Opportunity Schedule: Monday to Friday Hours:
Standard business Setting: 50/50 split of OB and GYN Call: 1:5
Days, 1:3 weekends days with rotating weekends and holidays. Staff
Support: (1) full time OB / GYN physician, (1) part-time physician,
(3) mid-level providers and sonographer Responsibilities: The
OB/GYN will: Serve a diverse population and live in a culturally
diverse neighborhood Provide support to staff, including Medical
Assistants (MAs), NPs, Office Managers, Clerical staff, etc.
Provide consistent, compassionate, high-quality, safe and
patient-centric care, personalized to each patient. Participate in
practice and hospital 405 coverage rotation Provide medical care in
a high functioning outpatient environment University Medical Center
affiliated community-based practice Collaborate with
multi-specialty colleagues as an integral part of a world-class
health network. Benefit from the educational, research, and
clinical programs of a teach institution Qualifications: Licensed
to practice Medicine in the State of New York State Board Eligible
