Shifts: 6 Shift(s) Description: 7a-4p, 10a-10p, 3p-12a, 10p-7a Weekend Requirements: Yes On Call Requirements: No call Pediatric Emergency Department Profile: 69,000 annual Emergency department visits with 24,000 annual Pediatric visits 14-bed PEDS ED with 11 private rooms and Pediatric Fast Track area 54 bed Level 3 NICU 8-bed PICU/8 Stepdown beds 1:1 Scribe coverage Full complement of Pediatric subspecialists on site Paragon EMR system Temporary privileges can be granted after the MEC meeting w/ approval of the Medical Director. TEMPS ARE GOOD FOR 120 DAYS Must be ABEM & ABEM eligible Physicians, if requested for Moderate Sedation, need an ACLS certification always and PALS only if PEDS Boarded and have requesting Moderate Sedation Submission Requirements: Must have NJ license and DEA at time of presentation Must have clean file Must submit EPA and if any yes questions, send NPDB A complete file is needed to grant temporary privileges.
