Equiliem is seeking a Nurse Practitioner Psychiatry for a local
contract job in Staten Island, New York. Job Description &
Requirements - Specialty: Psychiatry - Discipline: Nurse
Practitioner - Start Date: 01/12/2026 - Duration: 52 weeks - 8
hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Local
Contract Part-time, primarily remote counseling role providing
telehealth services via phone or video. Candidate may occasionally
need to visit campus as requested (parking pass provided).
Estimated schedule: 2–3 days per month, typically Monday–Friday
between 9 AM–5 PM, with possible off-hours consultations based on
student needs. The City University of New York - College of Staten
Island (the “College” or “CUNY CSI”) seeks Psychiatric Nurse
Practitioner to provide medication evaluations, medication
management, and consultation for its students that receive services
at the campus Counseling Center, to be evaluated on the criteria
set forth herein. Minimum Candidate Qualifications All candidates
must possess, at a minimum, the following qualifications: 1.
Registered Nurse (RN) and Nurse Practitioner Licensure in the State
of New York; 2. Clinical Nurse Specialist Certification in Adult
Psychiatric and Mental Health; 3. Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA)
Licensure; 4. Three (3) Years of verifiable experience as a
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner; 5. Malpractice Liability Insurance
in the amount of $1 Million per claim, and $6 Million aggregate.
Must include documentation of the licenses, insurance
documentation, and experience along with the required resume.
