Job Description About the Practice : Winik Psychology is a busy, evidence-based private practice in Scarsdale, NY specializing in the assessment and treatment of anxiety disorders and OCD across the lifespan. About the Role : We are seeking a licensed mental health clinician (PhD/PsyD, LCSW, LMHC, LPC) with strong expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and experience working with children, adolescents, and adults to join our practice in a hybrid role. The ideal candidate will be skilled in delivering individualized, evidence-based interventions and adept at engaging diverse clients across developmental stages. Clinical Responsibilities : Provide individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults with a primary focus on anxiety and OCD, using CBT and related evidence-based modalities. Conduct thorough clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress. Collaborate with colleagues, parents/caregivers, schools, and other providers as clinically appropriate. Maintain timely, high-quality clinical documentation and uphold ethical practice standards. Participate in clinical consultation, case discussion, and professional development opportunities. Qualifications : Active license to practice in New York State (PhD/PsyD, LCSW, LMHC, or LPC). Demonstrated competency in CBT and related evidence-based interventions. Experience working effectively with children, adolescents, and adult clients. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a practice setting. Required Skills : Expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Experience treating children, adolescents, and adults. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Experience in a hybrid clinical practice model. Pay range and compensation package : Competitive fee-for-service compensation structure.
