a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate, treat, and educate
patients with disabilities, traumatic injuries, pain, or
dysfunction to help them achieve their maximum functional potential
and independence. Essential Responsibilities: Deliver direct
patient care services in accordance with established safety
protocols. Evaluate patients and develop personalized,
goal-oriented treatment plans. Administer physician-prescribed
physical therapy interventions for assigned patients. Manage and
prioritize caseloads to ensure efficient and effective care
delivery. Apply appropriate treatment modalities to improve or
minimize physical limitations. Identify treatment contraindications
and consult with physicians as needed. Engage family members or
caregivers in the therapy process and discharge planning. Tailor
care plans to meet age-specific needs of each patient. Education &
Experience: Master’s or Doctorate (DPT) in Physical Therapy. New
graduates welcome! Licensure & Certification: Active New York State
Physical Therapist License or eligibility for a temporary permit OR
Current State of Connecticut Physical Therapist License (depending
