Job Description Outpatient Psychiatrist (MD/DO)- Full Time Location - Linwood, NJ Salary- As per the market Standard Sign- on Bonus Full Time Benefits Relocation Assistance New grads accepted Position Overview We are seeking a full-time, in-person Psychiatrist (MD/DO) to join our team in Linwood, NJ What You'll Do - Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adults (18) - Treat conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, and mood disorders - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including PMHNPs, PAs, and therapists - Integrate neuromodulation techniques including TMS, Spravato, and Ketamine (training provided) - Practice in-person in our outpatient facility with occasional telemedicine flexibility What We Offer - Competitive base salary with productivity bonuses - Full medical, dental, and malpractice insurance - 401(k) with employer match and profit sharing - Paid time off, holidays, and CME allowance - Relocation assistance provided for out-of-area candidates - Signing bonus - Tuition assistance - Strong onboarding and credentialing support - Modern facility with snacks, meals, and an uplifting team culture Work Schedule - Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM - No weekends or on-call responsibilities - Primarily in-office, with occasional telehealth as needed Qualifications - MD or DO with Board Certification or Eligibility in Psychiatry - Licensed or license-eligible in New Jersey - DEA certification (or willingness to obtain) - Interest in interventional psychiatry and innovative care models - New graduates are welcome to apply
