Pine Acres Rehabilitation and Living Center, known for its commitment to superior rehabilitation services and high-quality long-term care, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional care to our residents, focusing on rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and wellness support under the guidance of our professional nursing staff. Administer medications and treatments to patients as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient health status and record patient medical information accurately. Assist in the implementation of patient care plans and oversee the daily care of residents. Communicate effectively with patients, family members, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care. Participate in the assessment and evaluation of patient needs and progress. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for patients and staff. Adhere to all facility policies and procedures, including safety and infection control standards. Knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.) Highly organized, compassionate, and able to handle stressful situations Proficient in maintaining accurate patient records and administering medications Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice CPR/BLS certification IV certification preferred
