Job Description:
Clover Meadows Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a
dedicated and compassionate Nurse Supervisor to lead our nursing
team. The successful candidate will oversee the nursing staff and
ensure that our high standards of care are maintained, aligning
with our commitment to providing excellent rehabilitation services
and long-term healthcare solutions. This role requires strong
leadership, meticulous attention to detail, and a profound
dedication to patient care. Supervise and manage nursing staff,
ensuring adherence to facility policies and high standards of care.
Coordinate nursing operations, optimize staffing schedules, and
handle daily administrative tasks. Evaluate patient care practices,
implement improvement plans and ensure compliance with healthcare
regulations. Mentor and train nursing staff, promoting continued
education and professional growth. Participate in recruitment,
hiring, and performance evaluation of the nursing staff.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure
comprehensive patient care. Strong leadership and organizational
skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in healthcare management systems and patient care
software. Ability to work under pressure and make informed
decisions quickly. Compassionate and patient-focused. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Valid Registered Nurse
(RN) license. CPR and BLS certification. Certified Nurse Supervisor
(CNS) is preferable.
