Job Description:

Job Description - Outpatient-focused role (no inpatient rounding required for the core position; additional rounding opportunities may be available if desired) - 35 clinical hours/week - 1 late evening per week (up to 9 PM; later start that day) - Light call with shared coverage (details discussed during process) - Typical pace: ~2–3 patients/hour (approximately 17–20/day) - Strong APP support: Physician Assistants handle the majority of urgent/walk-in needs and a large portion of call - Athena (cloud-based) EMR with AI ambient scribe and AI-assisted workflow tools to reduce documentation burden - Physician-led organization with growth/advancement potential (part of a stable network of multiple outpatient sites; partnership track may be available)
