The initial work location for this position will be at our facility in Fort Montgomery, NY. Please note that our operations are scheduled to relocate to Middletown, NY in early 2026. Candidates must be willing and able to work in Fort Montgomery for approximately 6-8 months following their start date, and transition to the Middletown location once the move is complete.

Job Summary:The Production Value Stream Supervisor will manage shift operations and employees in a regulated, cannabis production and packaging operation. This position will work with the Production Manager to plan, coordinate and control manufacturing processes so that products are delivered on time and within budget. This position includes managing a team of 100+ hourly Production Technicians engaged in producing several cannabis. All members of the DreamFields production team are expected to be adaptable, honest, and professional.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Must ensure the team is following the production schedule, working efficiently and give precise instruction on expectations and quotas
• Audit teams every two hours to make sure that they are on track to meet the daily goal
• Must ensure the team is following proper sanitation protocols and are wearing proper PPE
  Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Accurately count and organize all products, across all SKUs & maintain proper labeling of bins (batch ID, QTY, Strain name, SKU, QC checks, date, signature, etc.)
  • Must operate compliantly and maintain proper documentation in METRC
  • Reports employee attendance to Manager/Director (late arrivals, early departures, tardiness from lunch/breaks, etc.)
  • Responsible for overseeing the preparation and setting up for the shift's production
  • Must come in at least 15 minutes early to ensure that there is a smooth start up and employees have minimal down time
  • Communicate with Production Manager and/or Production Director to ensure you have all materials to successfully accomplish what is listed on the production schedule
    Required Skills/Abilities:
    • Experience in 5S Lean Manufacturing required
    • Thorough Knowledge of Microsoft OfficeEducation and Experience:
      • High School Diploma or GED required.
      • 4+ years of experience as a Production Lead or Supervisor
      • Experience leading a crew of over 50 direct or indirect reports
        Physical Requirements:
        • Ability to lift 75lbs
          Work Schedule: 230pm - 11:30pm M-F; Also (Flexible with Operational Needs)
