Job Description Job Description JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Creates
and ensures a flawless delivery and execution of service excellence
is paramount. - Inspect, diagnose, adjust, and repair mechanical
defects and failures in various equipment regularly. - Responsible
for the maintenance and repair of all vehicles and heavy equipment.
- Communicate any needs or problems relating to maintenance or
repair of equipment with the Manager. Set up and modify new
equipment as needed. - Keeps maintenance equipment oiled, and,
inspected; performs related tasks as required. Helps ensure
compliance with all Federal, State, and Local Laws and OSHA
Regulations. Attend all safety and/ or OSHA training sessions as
required. - Responsible for accurate and efficient operation of
procedures within designated departments. Communicate (both written
and verbal) with and promote positive team members and guest
relations. Always maintain professionalism when working with other
team members and/or guests. - Performs all other duties as
assigned. JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Five (5) years of experience with
diesel engines, gas engines, and heavy equipment. - A valid
driver's License is required. - Must be able to successfully
complete the background check. Must provide own tools. - Must be
proficient in operation of equipment. - Ability to work
independently with minimal supervision. Ability to understand and
follow oral and written directions. - Ability to read, write,
speak, understand, or communicate in English sufficiently to
perform the necessary functions of this position. - Maintain
established company and departmental uniform, appearance, and
hygiene standards at all times. Must be able to lift and/or carry,
fifty (50) pounds without difficulty. Ability to bend, reach, pull,
push, kneel, squat, and grasp as needed. - Must be able to work in
extreme weather elements as necessary. Must be able to remain
flexible in an environment of constant change. - Must be able to
work a flexible schedule according to business needs, including
evenings, weekends, and holidays. - Ability to work, and,
effectively communicate with co-workers and management is
