OTR Company Driver Overview Strong annual earnings. Drivers average $85,000 per year, or about $1,635 per week, running consistent OTR miles*. Mileage that keeps checks strong. Average 2,800 miles per week earning competitive base CPM, with an annual $0.01 CPM raise up to $0.65 CPM *. Driver-friendly freight. Run 100% no-touch freight so you can stay focused on the road. OTR schedule with meaningful resets. Typically run 3 weeks out with 3 days home to recharge before the next run. Modern equipment built for the road.
