Full Time Event Specialist Lead

We are looking for a dynamic Full Time Event Specialist Lead to inspire our demonstrator team to thrive in the field! Our Event Specialist Lead works with new people and helps the team educate consumers, increase sales and boost brand awareness. As an Event Specialist Lead, you will be expected to create a memorable experience for consumers and lead by example to promote consumer engagement during in-store demonstrations.

Responsibilities:

• Set up event, break down, product preparation and sampling during in-store demonstrations
• Engage the consumer by creating brand awareness and enthusiasm
• Study product materials to develop product knowledge
• Review event schedule
• Complete call reports, timesheets, and on-going training
• Calls with supervisor/others as needed 

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma preferred or equivalent job-related experience
• Experience in event marketing, demonstrations, sales, brand promotion or retail/grocery
• Stand comfortably for up to 6 hours a day
• Able to work independently and as a motivated team player
• Excellent communication skills and customer focus
• Daily internet access and smartphone required
• Must be 18 years or older
