Job DescriptionAssistant Charity Coordinator **This is an
entry-level position**The ideal candidate is a high-energy
individual with excellent organizational skills, strong attention
to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in written
and verbal communications.Assistant Charity Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Field prospective pledge communications - Engage donors,
address inquiries, and route them to the appropriate campaign
department.
- Coordinate program sponsorships - Set up sponsorships based on
cross-functional availability for both internal and external
parties
- Organize internal resources - Build and maintain processes to
keep files and office supplies organized and accessible.
- Liaise with donors and guests - Act as point person for charity
representation
- Communicate policies and procedures - Alert donors of new
processes, rules, and regulations regarding the ongoing pledge
programAssistant Charity Coordinator Requirements For
Consideration:
- Degree preferred
- 0-2 years experience in non-profit, community outreach, or
volunteer involvement
- Within commutable distance to our New Jersey location
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management
skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, high-energy attitude
- Resourcefulness, creativity, and problem-solving skill set
- Familiarity with office equipment (i.e. printers, fax machines,
projectors)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel and
