Job Description:

Our client is looking for an AR Coordinator to join the team. This is a permanent role, and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Prior AR experience is not necessary - training will be provided. Candidates will strong attention to detail and data entry skills, with a desire to move into Finance are best suited for this role. It will be on site 5 days/week in Bayonne, NJClient DetailsA well known, rapidly growing food and beverage business based in Bayonne, NJDescriptionThe role will involve:

• Entering and applying checks
• Managing a small portfolio of low-maintenance customers
• Researching and crediting short paid invoices (price or shipping discrepancies)
• Researching and crediting very basic deductions (nothing too tedious that takes extensive research/dispute process)
• Ad hoc data entry/cleanup projectsProfileThe candidate will:
  • 1+ year office experience
  • Basic excel knowledge (creating basic spreadsheets with filter options)
