A growing food production company (serving commercial and institutional customers nationwide) is hiring a Quality & Compliance Leader to oversee QA operations at a major processing facility.

What You'll Do:

- Manage all QA and food safety systems across production

- Ensure compliance with USDA, FDA, GFSI, and customer-specific standards

- Lead audits and collaborate with regulatory agencies and third-party inspectors

- Mentor QA staff and engage in cross-functional leadership with operations and HR

- Own SOPs, SSOPs, HACCP plans, GMP adherence, and team performance

- Support process improvement and safety across departments



What You Bring:

- BS/BA in Food Science or related field

- 5+ years of QA leadership experience in food manufacturing (meat/poultry preferred)

- Deep understanding of USDA inspections, HACCP, FSMA, and related standards

- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred
