Director, Insights, Diagnosis Acceleration on the Commercial
Effectiveness team to help us expand what’s possible for patients
with serious diseases. Reporting to the Executive Director, Global
Forecasting, Insights & Analytics, you’ll be responsible for the
development, guidance, and execution of market research, analytics,
and forecasting projects aimed at supporting diagnosis acceleration
across Insmed’s respiratory products. This role partners closely
with Commercial Strategy, Marketing, Medical, and Market Access to
quantify the diagnostic opportunity, identify actionable levers,
and measure the impact of diagnosis acceleration initiatives across
the patient journey. The ideal candidate combines deep healthcare
data expertise with strong commercial acumen and a disciplined,
hypothesis-driven approach to market research and analytics. This
is a hands-on role that requires an entrepreneurial spirit and a
willingness to execute all aspects of a project, from conception,
vendor selection, and analysis through to creating a narrative and
driving action. What You'll Do: In this role, you’ll have the
opportunity to lead the development of insights initiatives aimed
at understanding the patient journey from symptom onset through to
diagnosis, focusing on uncovering ways to maximize the efficiency
of the diagnostic funnel. You’ll also: Identify / anticipate key
business questions to inform market research and analytics projects
that will deliver actionable insights for the commercial team,
through collaboration and partnership across the organization
Design strategic research plans to address key business questions
and inform strategy development In partnership with Marketing and
Medical Affairs,identifyvalue drivers, competitive landscape
evolution, epidemiology, and stakeholder prioritization Lead
research to test initiatives aimed at driving clinical suspicion
and screening among high-risk patients in multiple physician
settings Define the key performance indicators and lead/guide
deep-dive analysis into regional variations, patient
flowmodelingand related forecasting assumptions Who You Are: You
have a Bachelor’s Degree along with a minimum of 7 years of
experience inpharmaceutical or biotech, with progressive experience
in strategic consulting, market research, analytics, or business
development. (Mix of education and experience will be considered,
and at least 4 yearsininfectious disease, respiratory or rare
disease highly preferred.) You are or you also have: Demonstrated
experience working with cross-functional teams,leading discussions
with senior-levelstakeholdersand influencing strategy Excellent
communication skills and strong analytical skillsrequiredto
understand scientific data, recognize key businessissuesand prepare
high-level presentations for senior leaders Ability to identify and
understand business opportunities and develop a research plan that
will provide actionable insights Inquisitive nature with the
ability to dig deeper into the insights and identify the ‘why’
behind data and trends, and synthesize this into a clear and
concise story Ability to shift thinking between the overall ‘big’
picture and thedetails Ability to lead and influence without
authority cross-functionally and cross-culturally Strong and agile
team player able to adapt and execute based on evolving business
needs Where You’ll Work This is a hybrid or purposeful role based
out of our Bridgewater, NJ office. You’ll have the option to work
remotely, with in-person collaboration when it matters most. Travel
Requirements This role requires occasional travel (approximately
