About the role We are seeking a Client Strategy Associate to join our Brand Success team, where you will help manage and optimize our portfolio of brands on the platform. The retention of our brands is at the forefront of ShopMy's focus, and will play a crucial role in our growth, scale and success. The role enables our Client Strategy Managers to further elevate our brands' experience and success on the platform. Your Impact to The Role: Assist Client Strategy Managers in the day-to-day management of brand accounts, ensuring timely and accurate execution of deliverables Attend external meetings with our brands to track and execute needs and associated action items Maintain accurate and up-to-date account data and documentation Support ad-hoc projects across the organization and maintain project timelines Collaborate with other Associates to share best practices and drive efficiency You Are Energized By: Working directly with innovative brands and helping them succeed Fast-paced, collaborative environments where no two days look the same Supporting a team that’s scaling a best-in-class client experience Being part of the evolving creator economy and building something category-defining What We Are Looking For: Bachelor’s Degree 1–3 years in account management, project management, or other client-facing roles Experience as an Account Coordinator, Assistant, or similar preferred Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Zoom Highly organized with strong attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Adaptability to evolving brand needs and priorities Team player who’s ready to step in wherever needed Bonus Points: Remote startup experience Ability to execute under tight deadlines and urgent requests Familiarity with Salesforce Knowledge of the creator economy and affiliate marketing In compliance with New York Pay Transparency Law, the salary range for this position is as shown. We note that salary information as a general guideline only, actual compensation may vary from posting based on the offer for this role, including the scope and responsibilities of the position, relevant work experience, key skills, education, training and business considerations. New York Pay Range $70,000 - $85,000 USD The provided salary range is base salary, exclusive of bonus potential or commission and is a good faith estimate of cash compensation.
