Dispatcher

Full Time

Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM

Friday and Saturday - 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

Monday and Tuesday - Off

Pay Rate: $15.00/ Hour

Job Summary:

The Villas Service Clerk is responsible for assisting callers with any maintenance, housekeeping, grounds or any other operational issue they may have and to make sure that all calls received are expedited and dispatched to the proper departments in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Responsible for running reports as needed for maintenance, preventative Maintenance, Grounds, HVAC, housekeeping, or any other operational area as needed
• Input all work orders referred to the Villa Services Department by guests, visitors, staff members, or any other department on the property
• Distribute work order calls accordingly
• Follow up with all requests directed to the Villas Services Department
• Handle multiple tasks as necessary
• Handle emergency situations as needed
• Responsible to work independently and without constant supervision
• Log and input all calls as open or closed into the system
• Preform all tasks in a safe efficient and courteous manner
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for all employees and guests
• Assure compliance of all company policies as outlined for all employees
• Any duties assigned by Management
  
  Qualifications
  
  Qualifications:
  
  • Customer service experience is a must
  • Familiarity with interior/exterior facility management or resort operations
  • Computer skills
  • Must be able to operate office equipment, i.e. telephone, fax, copier, computer, two way radio or base station radio
    Required Competencies:
    
    • Strong verbal communication skills, reading comprehension skills
    • Thoroughness in completing work assignments
    • Excellent attention to detail, follow-up
    • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
      Physical Demands:
      
      • Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
      • Must be able to sit or stand for long periods
      • May be exposed to outside the office or onsite work conditions i.e., weather extremes or temperature extremes from time to time
