Description Merchant Services is the global payment processing

capable of authorizing transactions in more than 130 currencies.
The organization is engaging in a multi-year international
expansion, platform modernization, all while serving some of the
largest company names on the planet. The Executive Director,
Partnership Commercialization for Global Merchant Services will be
a critical member of the Merchant Services Global leadership team.
The Partnership Commercialization Lead will drive the adoption and
expansion of JPMC Merchant Services by defining and executing
strategies for building and managing a robust partnership
ecosystem. This role involves developing deep relationships with
strategic partners, overseeing commercial and technical
engagements, and ensuring exceptional partner experiences for
clients. The Lead will spearhead initiatives to grow a community of
developers, partners, and users, facilitating seamless integration
of commerce solutions across different industries and regions. The
candidate should have experience influencing product, sales, and
technology transformations within the Payments Industry and
understand how corporations utilize payment providers globally.
Additionally, the role requires coordinating efforts across
multiple business units, streamlining communication, prioritizing
initiatives, and making decisions on outcomes beyond direct
management. Job responsibilities Lead the Ecosystem Strategy &
Vision: Lead the development and execution of strategies to expand
and strengthen the JPMC Commerce ecosystem, including driving the
adoption of online and instore solutions. Develop Partnerships:
Identify and forge strategic partnerships with key stakeholders
including developers, industry leaders, and ecosystem collaborators
Support Ecosystem Support & Enablement: Collaborate with technical,
marketing, and operations teams to ensure partners have the tools,
resources, and support necessary to build within JPMC’s commerce
solutions. Integrate Product Integration & Adoption: Work closely
with large group of our internal stakeholders (engineering,
marketing, servicing, product) team to ensure Merchant Services
technology is easily accessible and integrated into a wide range of
applications. Define Ecosystem Metrics & Reporting: Define key
performance indicators (KPIs) for ecosystem growth, tracking the
progress of the organization’s efforts in growing the developer
base. Activate Ecosystem Events & Activation: Lead key events such
as developer meetups, and conferences that promote the growth of
the JPMC Commerce ecosystem and provide valuable networking
opportunities for developers and industry leaders. Evaluate new
business models quickly and with financial discipline, driving
decisive outcomes that are agreed to by all stakeholders and then
turned over for execution or removed from ideation Identify sales
distribution channels for regional priorities and influence the
global sales force for optimal P&L gains through direct client
sales, partner distributions, or other commercial efforts to grow
the global P&L Manage M&A considerations, partnerships, and
other external industry partner evaluations complimenting global
roadmap and revenue objectives Required qualifications, skills and
capabilities 10 years’ experience of experience in partner
ecosystem development and commercialization across payment and/or
technology industries. Proven track record of building and scaling
developer ecosystems, partnerships, and community engagement in a
fast-paced, rapidly evolving space. Strong business acumen with
experience in strategic partnerships, negotiation, and driving the
growth of developer communities and ecosystems as well as expertise
in go to market, product marketing, and sales strategies
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the
ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical
stakeholders, including developers, partners. Ability to translate
complex technical concepts into accessible language for developers,
partners, and external audiences. Demonstrated leadership and
people management skills, with the ability to inspire and
collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering,
marketing, and product. Data-driven approach with experience in
tracking, measuring, and reporting on ecosystem growth metrics and
KPIs. Excellent time management, communication, organization and
project management skills Energetic, self-motivated and effective
under pressure - must enjoy the challenge of working autonomously
within a fast-paced and demanding working environment Demonstrates
communication and diplomacy skills to work cross-organizationally
to influence others, propel results/change and implement
projects/processes on simultaneous projects FEDERAL DEPOSIT
